The star of the Teeling Distillery is the 30 YO Vintage Single Malt Irish Whiskey. An extremely noble gentleman who first settled in bourbon casks and then refined in former Sauternes wine casks. Through this procedure, the whiskey developed its unmistakable taste. Each batch is limited to 4,000 pieces. The Teeling 30 YO Vintage Single Malt Irish Whiskey was bottled in a stylish bottle without chill filtration. The Teeling Distillery is geared towards sustainability. A rainwater utilization system was installed and they have their own well, which reduces water consumption. The Irish company sources sustainable raw materials and implements sustainable production processes wherever possible.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Roasted nuts are coated in creamy chocolate and accompanied by juicy apples.
Palate: Velvety apricots, juicy peaches, tangy citrus fruits and fresh herbs spread on the palate. A hint of smoke can be seen in the background.
Finish: The long-lasting finish is accompanied by ripe fruit, spicy oak and smoked sea salt.
