DESCRIPTION:
Color:Dark mahogany.
Nose:Dried fruits are combined with dark chocolate, which combines with freshly roasted coffee and black cherries to create a wonderful melange. Burnt wood, polished leather and fine cloves are added to the nose.
Palate:Luxurious is probably the right word to describe this silky single malt. Dried fruit (dates and raisins) alongside fruit bread and stewed apple open up a tone of oak and dark chocolate, surrounded by a hint of peat.
Departure:Exceptionally long and complex in structure. You won’t soon forget this single malt from Glenfiddich.
